Approach
It's an interestingly different one. Ask me about my setups. U.S. equities are my domain, slowly but surely, I execute fewer trades nowadays and focus on what I deem as high-probability setups. No messy charts, I use fewer than 4 indicators with a strategy rooted in price action, momentum, and technical patterns. This... all supported by my precious data in an effort to refine my edge.

To ensure continuous improvement, I track key performance metrics such as P/L ratio, profit factor, win rate and more on a weekly and monthly basis. I've even created a few bespoke forms that I fill-in before and after every single trade that capture technical stuff as well as some psychological things.
